At Tinsley Performance, we don’t believe in guessing with an athlete’s development. That’s why every athlete starts with a full Initial Evaluation before any training begins. By measuring movement, strength, power, and performance data up front, we uncover exactly what an athlete needs to reach their potential, and just as importantly, what might hold them back or put them at risk of injury.
This process allows us to build a program that is safe, individualized, and proven to get results. We will not start training an athlete until we have all the information we need to do it the right way!

Our movement screen has been developed from experience alongside Physical Therapists and Doctors alike in order to expose key areas for improvement to increase strength, speed, and power with the main objective of keeping the athlete on the field of play!
